I choose Massage Therapy as my career after I received my first massage when i was 15 yrs old. Having always been told I had great hands and a natural healing touch even at a young age, working on family and friends, Massage Therapy was a natural choice. I truly enjoy helping people to feel better, to move better, and to have a better quality of life.

About Me!!

The oldest of 3 kids, a brother and sister, I got to help/mother I was always told. Born and raised in Delta, CO where I graduated in 2001. I didn't like high school so I graduated a semester early with just the basic classes. I got married and had 2 amazing boys. I was in massage school while i was pregnant with my youngest boy, defiantly the most amazing experience of getting massage practically everyday help the labor go quickly. And now I'm here, 12 years later, 3 kids. We added a little girl to the family. Have a little hobby farm and my massage practice is growing daily!!
